Open Positions: Full-Time Acupuncture Providers
Because of our strong reputation and diverse clinical footprint, our patient volume is consistently high. We are always accepting resumes from exceptional, full-time Licensed Acupuncturists to join our collaborative practice.

Qualifications & Requirements: We maintain a high standard of care for our patients. To be considered for a provider role at NEIH, applicants must meet the following criteria:
Experience: A minimum of 2 to 3 years of post-graduate clinical experience.
Licensure: Active, unrestricted Acupuncture License in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
Certification: Active NCCAOM Board Certification and Clean Needle Technique (CNT) certification.
Clinical Skills: Advanced proficiency in comprehensive patient assessment, treatment planning, and accurate charting.
Bonus: Experience or formal training in Chinese Herbal Medicine is highly preferred.
Work Ethic: A compassionate, patient-centered approach, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a strong team-player mentality.

Build a sophisticated clinical practice — not a one-size-fits-all schedule.
New England Integrated Health (NEIH) is seeking an experienced, Massachusetts-licensed acupuncturist to join our growing team. Since 2011, NEIH has provided natural, safe, and effective integrative medicine while helping clinicians develop meaningful clinical expertise and professional range.
This is more than a traditional single-clinic position. You will have the opportunity to treat diverse patient populations across our Cambridge and Bedford locations and work within respected healthcare, university, and corporate environments, including MIT Health, Tufts University, and Biogen.
We are especially interested in clinicians with experience or a strong passion for women’s health and orthopedic acupuncture.
What You'll Do
Provide thoughtful, individualized acupuncture treatments based on comprehensive patient assessment and clinical interpretation
Treat a diverse range of patients, with opportunities to deepen expertise in orthopedic acupuncture and women’s health
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and support appropriate insurance billing and coding
Work collaboratively with experienced acupuncturists, herbalists, and other healthcare professionals
Manage a busy, dynamic schedule across NEIH clinics and partner locations
Participate in mentorship, team training, and continuing clinical education
Maintain the highest standards of patient safety, privacy, infection control, and professional ethics
Required Qualifications
Current, unrestricted Massachusetts acupuncture license
Current board certification through NCBAHM (formerly NCCAOM)
Master’s degree in Acupuncture or Oriental Medicine from an accredited institution
3–5 years of full-time clinical experience
Demonstrated clinical experience in orthopedic acupuncture and women’s health
Strong communication, interpersonal, and clinical documentation skills
A collaborative approach and commitment to excellent patient care and ongoing professional growth
Preferred Qualifications
Mandarin Chinese fluency or proficiency
Advanced orthopedic/musculoskeletal or women’s health experience
Experience in integrative, multidisciplinary, university, corporate, or healthcare settings
Experience with insurance billing, coding, and clinical documentation
Interest in Traditional Chinese Medicine and continued clinical education
